Is Op Omnia a sustainable brand?

We understand that the term "sustainable" can get lost in translation. At Op Omnia, we're focused on becoming the most responsible version of ourselves by producing small batch collections in natural materials only! We do not use polyester, furs, or animal skins in any of our products. We work with small factories around the world - most that are WRAP certified which means they assure safe, humane, and ethical manufacturing.

My Order

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However feel free to email Customer Service at info@opomnia.com and we will do our best to accommodate your change.

How do I return my product?

We have a 21-day exchange only policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. You may also read our full Return Policy here.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders will be processed 2-3 business days after purchased. Please allow 5-8 business days after processing for your order to arrive. Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship internationally to Canada. Please reach out to us at info@opomnia.com to request an exception.
