Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders will be processed 2-3 business days after purchased. We currently do not ship to Guam and the US Virgin Islands.

Delays may occur due to high volume of orders or weather, but any major delays will be communicated.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please allow 5-8 business days for arrival. Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

International Shipping

We currently only ship internationally to Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please reach out to us at info@opomnia.com to request an exception.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at info@opomnia.com. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Damages During Shipping

Opomnia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you recieved your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or contact Customer Service at info@opomnia.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing the claim.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Please note that we currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
